About Our Dogs
Ulvilden German shepherds takes pride in the puppies we whelp. Great German Shepherd dogs come from the pairing of great males and females, and  excellent training.  That first critical six to eight weeks of a puppy’s life can also make a big difference in the life of the dog and what the puppy will be like when you take it home.   Our pups are not locked up in a kennel all day they have the opportunity to run through large open fields, play in our woods and spend a lot of time in the house.  They become familiar with tile and hardwood flooring and rugs, they learn to climb stairs, they are around children and other adult dogs, and they spend quality time living with our family.  This also allows us time to evaluate each pup as an individual.  We can see which pups are more dominate and which have the strongest drives as well as evaluate the temperament of each individual.  This helps us ensure that we are doing everything possible to place the right dog with the right person for the right use.
