Welcome to Ulvilden Working German Shepherds, located at MacDowall, Saskatchewan. We are a breeder who believes in breeding only select litters from females that we know are outstanding in conformation, intelligence, drive, and personality.
We have owned and raised German Shepherd dogs for more that 30 years. We believe that we produce some of the finest working dogs available. Ulvilden German Shepherds have excellent temperaments, distinct markings, quick intelligence, and great drive. We have found them to be outstanding family pets as well as working in Track, Search & Rescue, Shutzhund, or personal guardian/companions.
Ulvilden German Shepherds dogs are primarily working-line GSD's, they are correct in confirmation , sturdy, alert, agile and confident. Our dogs are instinctively protective without being aggressive. Years ago I was asked by another breeder of working German Shepherds if I wanted a dog that looked good or one that worked, I decided I can have both.
All of our breeding stock is OFA or Western Collage of Veterinary Medicine Certified for proper hips and elbow structure.
Ulvilden German Shepherd puppies come from both East, West German and Czech bloodlines. These puppies are easy to train, well socialized and come to you ready to enjoy their new home. We do not produce dogs with over angulated backs, we do produce med large or large dogs that are ideal family pets and companions or as working dogs trained in obedience, tracking, agility, and protection work.
We have puppies all across Canada, including but not limited to Saskatchewan, Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia as well as the Virgin Islands
